Great scenery, surrounded by nature that offers a peaceful experience. Modern amenities and rooms were kept clean. The food served was mouth-watering, and prices were reasonable.
The staff was not always present and failed to deliver on service requests promptly. The hotel was also isolated, and transportation needed extra planning.

The hotel offers a unique experience to those travelling alone; it provides numerous things to do and stunning views to behold. Surrounded by nature, guests can hike through the trails and head to the nearby Bahia de las Aguilas beach. the rooms are clean and modern, with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. Guests can choose to relax by the pool, which overlooks the beautiful ocean. the hotel also offers a variety of activities such as zip-lining and spa treatment.
The hotel can be quite pricey.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and the location on the coast added to the overall charm. The breakfast was delicious and the cleanliness was impressive.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The location of the hotel was amazing. the view of the beach from the hotel was incredible. During our stay on Christmas, the staff offered complementary champagne and a special dinner cooked to perfection. the friendly staff made our stay comfortable. We enjoyed the self-guided forest walks to waterfalls and the fun zip-line.

This hotel is a true paradise hidden away in a magical setting. the luxurious amenities and stunning views of both the ocean and mountains make it a perfect place to relax and disconnect. the staff is amazing and attentive, always making sure that my needs were met.
I did notice a minor issue with the food. While most of the dishes were tasty, I found some items to be poorly cooked and not as fresh as I had expected.
